Coffee-Cinnamon Rice Pudding | Recipe

Have you ever tried adding coffee to your rice pudding? If not, it’s about time—give it a go with our wintery Arroz con Leche with coffee and cinnamon.

Rice pudding might be the comfort food for cold days, and with a few tweaks, this childhood memory can be turned into a classy dessert. Alternatively, why not opt for a different kind of breakfast this season?

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups whole milk

  • 1 cup condensed milk

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 cup of coffee (we recommend Pacamara)

  • 2 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 cups of short-grain rice

  • Ground cinnamon for topping

  • Raisins for topping

  • Preparation:
To a pot, add your milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, coffee, and cinnamon sticks. Mix and add the rice. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.

Once ready, remove the cinnamon sticks and serve your rice pudding! You can get creative with your toppings, though we highly recommend ground cinnamon and raisins for a lovely holiday mood.
