Can I choose which coffee to receive with my subscription?

Consider your Bean of Fire subscription a “chef’s choice” subscription: the perfect option if you would like to try our varieties and let yourself be surprised by La Hacienda’s monthly selection.

If you are a creature of habit, you can purchase subscriptions of your favorite coffee varieties on the respective product pages.

When will I receive my free months of coffee?

At the end of your subscription term, you will receive your free coffee:

6-Month Subscription: we will deliver your free coffee during the month immediately following your initial 6-month subscription.

12-Month Subscription: we will deliver your free coffee during the two months immediately following your initial 12-month subscription.

Note: your subscription will renew automatically immediately following the indicated subscription term. That means if you choose to continue your subscription, you will receive two products instead of one during the first 1-2 months following the renewal of your subscription.

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can edit your subscription on your Bean of Fire account.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Within the first 14 days after purchasing your subscription, you can cancel it and receive a refund (minus the first month). Following the initial 14-day period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the end of your subscription term.

My address has changed. How do I notify you?

You can change your delivery address on your Bean of Fire account.
