Tiramisu Latte | Recipe
Tiramisu is the mother of all coffee desserts. The list of tiramisu variations is endless—but have you tried to make it into a drink?
This Tiramisu Latte is so very indulgent and so very worth it. If you crave a creamy afternoon pick-me-up or want to surprise your guests with a unique kind of dessert the next time you’re entertaining, do give it a go! Other than the traditional version, this one comes together in no time and hits the spot just the same.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1 spoon of vanilla ice cream
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 cup of whole milk
- Espresso (we recommend Red Bourbon)
- Ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Mix the heavy cream and vanilla ice cream. Then, to a tall glass add your ice cubes and maple syrup to taste. You can also swap out the maple syrup for a different liquid sweetener of your choice—honey would work great.
Add the milk to your tall glass, followed by a doubleshot of espresso. Top with your creamy topping and dust with cinnamon—done!
If you’re one to dip pastries in your coffee, do not miss out on the opportunity to dip some ladyfingers in your Tiramisu Latte.
