Pacamara coffee originates in El Salvador, the Land of Volcanoes. This variety features notes of chocolate, caramelized onion and intense acidity. It has its origins in the 1960s, when geneticists from the Salvadoran Coffee Research Institute developed it through genetic crossing of the Pacas and Maragogipe varieties, creating a coffee with a unique flavor profile that has since become a staple of the coffee industry of our nation and beyond.
