Yellow Bourbon incorporates an aroma of yellow-fleshed citrus fruits to create a mid-acidity beverage with a touch of velvety vanilla. Historically, and along with the Red Bourbon variety, Yellow Bourbon traces its heritage back to Yemen. French missionaries introduced Bourbon from Yemen to Bourbon Island (now known as La Reunion) in the early 1700s.

To produce Yellow Bourbon, we employ carefully selected, medium-roasted coffee beans, forming an infusion with the essence of yellow fruit such as lemon and a touch of vanilla. Not to be outmaneuvered by such present flavors, subtle yet unapologetic notes of chocolate make their mark through a sweet-tart taste.
